About me

Hey everyone, I'm Jackson Becker, a problem solver with a passion for technology, engineering, and innovation. With a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and a Minor in Computer Science from Ithaca College, I thrive at the intersection of technical expertise and practical problem-solving.

My journey has taken me from sound engineering to software development, with roles that have honed my ability to adapt, analyze, and create solutions. At Epic Systems, I managed customer tickets, resolved complex software issues, and developed scripts to optimize system configurations. As a research assistant, I worked on quantitative climate research, analyzing real-world environmental data with custom-built weather stations.

I love building things—whether it's a Super Tic-Tac-Toe game, a To-Do List app, or AWS-hosted projects. My skills in Python, Java, SQL, and R enable me to tackle challenges across software, analytics, and hardware projects. From designing web scraping bots to programming Arduino weather stations, I embrace opportunities to experiment, learn, and improve.

Feel free to check out my work on Github or connect with me on LinkedIn—I'm always open to exciting collaborations and new challenges!
